September is the month of \u201cCulture Without Frontiers\u201d.<\/p>


Music, concerts, dance, gastronomy and festival days are back in the Silence Valley, in Olivais.<\/p>

There are five days in which you can count on the presence of various artists such as Lura, R\u00e3o Kyao, Golden Gypsies, Gabriel O Pensador, Vitorino and The Black Mamba.<\/p>

All concerts are free.<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>

This is the celebration of union, of multiculturalism, of different beliefs, dances and customs.<\/p>

This is everyone’s party, for everyone.<\/p>
