September 24th and 25th – End of Summer Party 2022
The International Hot Air Balloon Festival extended for another day and will take place on the 24th and 25th of September, this Saturday and Sunday, between 8am and 10pm
The initiative takes place at Quinta de Cima do Marquês de Pombal and aims to mark the end of summer in the municipality of Oeiras.
Due to the high demand for information about the International Hot Air Balloon Festival, initially scheduled to take place in just one day, the Municipality of Oeiras decided to extend the event to two days, thus extending the possibility for visitors to participate in the activities predicted.
The “End of Summer Party” in Oeiras will combine music, gastronomy and entertainment, with inflatable entertainment for the youngest, a lounge area with Villa Oeiras wine tasting and a street food area.
Participants will also be able to perform captive flight baptisms and watch the highlight of the event, the Night Glow, a nighttime show of light, color and sound, with the flames of the colorful balloons’ burners being released to the rhythm of the music.

10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Parallel activities
• Inflatable Amusements;
• Municipality lounge area with Villa Oeiras wine tasting in its own activation area;
• Activation zone for the promoter’s partner brands;
• Street food zone.
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Musical moment with DJ Wilson Honrado (5:00 pm);
18:00 to 20:00 – Captive flight baptisms
8:30 pm to 9:30 pm – Night Glow
25th of September, Sunday
